Mediasynth should be usable by as many people as possible, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, rely on increased contrast or magnification, or prefer reduced motion. We treat accessibility problems as bugs and fix them the same way we fix anything else.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We do not claim full conformance: accessibility is ongoing work, parts of the product change frequently, and automated testing cannot verify every success criterion. We would rather state the target honestly than publish a compliance badge.
Our public pages are built from a shared component library whose primitives handle labelling, focus management and keyboard interaction, and we audit those pages with automated accessibility tooling against WCAG 2.1 AA. Automated checks cover only part of the standard, so reports from real users are genuinely useful to us.
If any part of Mediasynth is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us on our Discord. It helps if you can say which page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what you browse with — but please get in touch even if you cannot. We read every report and will tell you what we intend to do about it.
