• Account Information: Email address and name via Google OAuth

• Platform Credentials: OAuth tokens for connected social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

• Content Data: Videos, scripts, characters, and media assets you create or upload to Mediasynth

• Billing Information: Subscription status, plan, and payment metadata processed via Stripe (Mediasynth does not store full card numbers)

• Usage Data: How you interact with Mediasynth

2. How We Use Your Information

Mediasynth uses collected information to:

• Provide and maintain Mediasynth

• Generate and publish content on your behalf

• Authenticate with third-party platforms

• Process subscription billing and credit purchases

• Improve and optimize Mediasynth

3. Data Storage and Security

Mediasynth stores your data securely and we implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted by Mediasynth and are only used to perform actions you have authorized.

4. Third-Party Services

When you connect social media accounts, we access only the permissions necessary to publish content on your behalf. We integrate with:

• YouTube (Google) - Video uploads

• TikTok - Video uploads

• Instagram (Meta) - Reels uploads

• Facebook (Meta) - Reels uploads

Each platform has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

5. Data Sharing

Mediasynth does not sell your personal information. We only share data with third-party services necessary to operate Mediasynth:

• Social Media Platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook (when you authorize Mediasynth to post on your behalf)

• AI Services: Third-party AI providers for content generation and processing

• Media Services: Third-party services for image processing and media optimization

• Payment Processor: Stripe (for credit purchases and subscription billing)

• Cloud Infrastructure: Secure cloud storage providers for encrypted backups

• When required by law or legal process

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete your account and associated data

• Disconnect social media accounts at any time

• Request a copy of your data

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
