1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mediasynth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Mediasynth.

2. Description of Service

Mediasynth is an automated content creation platform that generates and publishes short-form videos to social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create video content based on user-configured parameters.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Mediasynth, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials and connected platform accounts

• Ensuring content generated by Mediasynth complies with platform guidelines and community standards

• Obtaining necessary rights for any custom assets (images, music, character artwork) you upload to Mediasynth

• Monitoring generated content and adjusting settings to prevent policy violations

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using Mediasynth. By using Mediasynth, you grant us a license to process and publish content on your behalf to connected social media platforms.

5. Revenue Share

Mediasynth operates on a revenue share model for channels that become monetized through content created using the platform:

• Channels that reach monetization thresholds on any connected platform are subject to a 50/50 revenue share between you and Mediasynth

• Revenue share applies to all monetization income generated by content created through Mediasynth on the connected channel

• You agree to accurately report and remit Mediasynth's share of revenue in a timely manner

• Attempting to evade, circumvent, or misrepresent revenue share obligations — including but not limited to re-uploading Mediasynth-generated content to unconnected channels, misreporting earnings, or creating duplicate accounts — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate and permanent account termination

• Mediasynth reserves the right to adjust revenue share percentages with 30 days written notice

6. Credits, Subscriptions, and Billing

Mediasynth offers both one-time credit purchases and recurring subscription plans:

• Credits and subscription fees are processed through Stripe

• Credits are non-refundable once used for video generation

• Credit costs vary by video format and content complexity

• Unused credits do not expire

• Subscription plans automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time from billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your plan benefits remain available until then

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law

• Mediasynth reserves the right to adjust credit pricing or subscription pricing with 30 days notice

7. Account Restrictions

To maintain platform integrity:

• Each person may only create and maintain one Mediasynth account

• Creating duplicate or alternative accounts to circumvent bans, limits, or revenue share obligations is strictly prohibited

• Mediasynth employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and may terminate accounts found to be in violation

• Banned users may not create new accounts; doing so will result in immediate termination of the new account

8. Referral Program

Mediasynth offers a referral program in which existing users may earn credits (and, for partners, real-money commission) when invited users sign up and meet activity thresholds:

• Referral rewards and signup bonuses are subject to anti-abuse review

• Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, fake accounts, or any abuse of the program will result in forfeiture of credits and may result in account termination

• Mediasynth reserves the right to modify reward amounts, eligibility criteria, or end the referral program at any time

9. Third-Party Services

Mediasynth integrates with third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. Mediasynth is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

10. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Mediasynth uses artificial intelligence to generate content. While we strive for accuracy and appropriateness, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or violate platform policies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before Mediasynth publishes it.

11. Limitation of Liability

Mediasynth is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Mediasynth, including but not limited to account suspensions, content removal, platform policy violations, loss of revenue, or reputational harm.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Mediasynth availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Mediasynth may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Third-party platform API changes may affect Mediasynth functionality.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Mediasynth Terms of Service at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Material changes will prompt you to re-accept the updated Terms before continuing to use Mediasynth.
